Mid-range: 25hours Hotel One Central – I spent one night here and loved it. This hotel has an epic rooftop pool with a view of the Museum of the Future (one of the coolest views in Dubai!) and the interior design is truly unique.

While dune bashing and seeing the desert in Caudillo is without a doubt a fun activity, spending a night under the stars is simply magical.
